Construction Management
Description
This is achieved by showing a high-rise building construction site and explaining a project schedule using the context of site establishment works. The experience then shows the steps required to manage change on the site when a precast panel has been delivered and is damaged. This involves discussing with stakeholders; reviewing costs, quality, safety and time; and then making an informed decision. This is a simple example to show the different parameters and management that is required to deal even with a minor change.
