This immersive VR case study places the learner in a clinical scenario involving a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by cardio-renal-metabolic (CRM) disease.

Through three interactive visits, learners assess patient data, interpret laboratory and diagnostic findings, and apply integrated management strategies in accordance with ADA 2024, KDIGO, ESC, and ACC/AHA guidelines.

The module reinforces decision-making in managing overlapping cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic disorders using evidence-based therapies such as SGLT2 inhibitors, RAS blockade, and heart failure optimization principles.
