Delegate Effectively
Description
You take on the role of a regional manager at a company. Anne, your management coach, helps you to recognise the natural obstacles to delegation. You then practise all the steps of successful delegation: choosing an employee, presentation of the assignment and follow-up of the work. By putting yourself in the shoes of an employee, you will understand the difficulty of executing a poorly formulated assignment.
